60-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: You can return your purchase for any reason, for exchange or refund, up to sixty (60) days from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted (does not apply to products sold as “Final Sale”). Product must be in original condition, unused, undamaged, and in salable condition. Products sold on a “Final Sale” basis cannot be returned. Some product returns may be denied or subject to a 10% restocking fee and/or other charges depending on the circumstances. An example of such a charge would be if a return were received that is damaged and not able to be sold as new, the refund amount would be adjusted to account for the damage. If the return or exchange is requested due to an error by 5Eleven Designz, we will replace the product if possible, or send a refund for the purchase price of the item being returned. If a refund is requested, any discounts applied at the time of purchase for bundled items will be subtracted from the refund amount if the net purchase total does not meet the bundle discount requirements.

 

RETURN PROCESS: Please contact us and request an RMA# (return material authorization). Please prepay shipping via UPS, USPS or Fedex and include the RMA# on the shipment. 5Eleven Designz does not accept Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.). Once the returned product is received and inspected for damage by 5Eleven Designz, a refund will be granted via the original payment method used, minus original shipping, restocking fees and/or other charges if applicable.

 

If the return is due to a result of our error, 5Eleven Designz will provide return shipping.
